Job summary

Succeed ABA Indiana is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes across Indiana. Work under BCBA supervision, participate in ongoing trainings, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality care.

We offer scheduling flexibility, supportive supervision, and a competitive hourly pay range of $18.00–$28.00 per hour in Indiana. Required: RBT certification, valid driver’s license, experience with autism, strong English

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication. Spanish speaking a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
• Provides feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.
