Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prefer higher education in human services.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass certification within 90 days required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team.
