Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Svc is seeking an ABA Technician for our home-based ABA program. You will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorders, implementing ABA therapy under supervision and building meaningful connections with families.

Positions offer flexible hours from as few as 5 hours per week up to 40 hours, with evening availability (4–7pm) required. Ideal candidates have prior experience with kids and a compassionate, reliable work style.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) knowledge.
• Understanding of ABA principles and behavior modification.
• On-the-job training or formal education in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with patients, families, and team.
• Support and implement ABA treatment plans under supervision.
• Monitor and reassess patient progress as directed by the team.
• Maintain professionalism, dependability, and strong organizational skills.
