Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, using evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

No prior ABA experience is required—paid training is provided. All positions start part-time with afternoon or evening hours, offering flexibility, job security, and a entry point into the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
