Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Jasper, Indiana. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions to support children with ASD.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, communicating with families, and participating in ongoing training to maintain BACB certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions as directed by the BCBA.
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs.
• Promote adaptive behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide direct care including communication, socialization, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, and instructional assistants on progress.
