Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions to children with ASD.

You will implement BIPs, support communication and daily living skills, collaborate with teachers and assistants, and communicate progress to families and the BCBA. Opportunity for career advancement and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
• Promote adaptive behaviors and discourage maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide direct care including communication, socialization, academic skills, and daily living activities.
• Coordinate with the BCBA, teachers and instructional assistants on progress and client needs.
• Participate in team meetings and share client progress with families.
