Job summary

Applied Behavioral Services West Chester Clinic is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to support children on the autism spectrum with ABA-based instruction in a structured learning environment. You will implement 1:1 and small group sessions, track progress, and collaboratively work with our clinical team.

Ideal candidates have two years of college coursework in psychology or related fields, experience with autism, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least two years of college coursework in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Experience supporting children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA instruction following established programs and supervisor feedback.
• Collect, track, and report behavioral and skill acquisition data accurately.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and team members to support client progress.
• Maintain organized materials, a clean learning space, and a positive, engaging environment.
