Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated ABA Behavior Technician to join our team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings, following evidence-based practices and collaborating with BCBA supervision.

You will work with families and professionals to ensure consistent therapy, participate in ongoing training, and maintain accurate session notes as part of our supportive, growth‑oriented clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective therapy
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
