Job summary

Applied Behavioral Services West Chester Clinic is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 and in small groups with children on the autism spectrum, delivering ABA-based instruction and supporting skill development in a structured learning environment.

You'll collect data, follow individualized treatment plans, collaborate with supervisors and therapy staff, and maintain organized materials while upholding ABA best practices and a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere.

Qualifications

• At least two years of college coursework in psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Experience supporting children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Patience, professionalism, and commitment to ABA best practices

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small group ABA instruction following established programs and supervisor feedback
• Collect, track, and report behavioral and skill acquisition data accurately
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
• Collaborate with supervisors, therapists, and team members to support client progress
• Maintain organized materials, a clean learning space, and a positive, engaging environment
