A Sense of Autism is seeking caring and motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. We work with children in a structured therapy setting and provide paid training to learn ABA skills.

No ABA experience required; a supportive clinical team offers supervision, mentorship, and clear learning plans. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children learn and grow, with opportunities for advancement toward BCaBA or BCBA.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in a structured therapy setting.
• Help children develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Support positive behaviors through guided activities and play.
• Follow individualized learning plans created by clinical supervisors.
• Collect simple session data (training provided).
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
