Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You will collect data, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and share progress with families. Part-time shifts are mostly afternoons/evenings with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
