Job summary

OneGuard is seeking a proactive Authorization professional to support our Phoenix warranty services team. You will help contractors with coverage questions, authorize repairs, and ensure accurate processing of invoices and service requests.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or QA, excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
