Therapy & Beyond is seeking an Authorization Specialist to manage insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and re-authorizations, ensuring timely clinical coverage and minimizing denials across payer portals and fax.

You will coordinate with clinical staff to obtain necessary documentation, maintain the Payor Master List, and monitor follow-up schedules while ensuring accurate CPT codes and dates in the EMR system.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with insurance representatives.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
