Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain intake paperwork from new clients and enter data for intake and authorization requests.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and internal records.
• Follow up with physician offices for documentation needed and with insurance companies to verify benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Answer phones with warmth and professionalism; support the Executive Administrator/Office Manager on projects.
