Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced, hands-on delivery leader for the Auth0 product unit to rapidly learn our technology and deliver customer deployments at scale. You will lead multiple concurrent deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success and work closely with the full Customer Success team to transition to support post-deployment.

You will engage with Engineering and Support teams to address escalated issues, mentor customers, and shape new offerings.

Qualifications

3-5 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers
Experience with technologies and protocols to support identity federation and robust access control models (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation)
Ability to work independently and multi-functionally supporting the development of client work
Experience in designing and implementing security and identity management solutions to support critical systems and business programs

Responsibilities

Work hands on with Okta customers, primarily in a post-sales role, to provide consulting services.
Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
Mentor and train customers on the service.
Act as liaison between Customers and Product Management to drive product development.
