Job summary

zerohash is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Auth to join our fintech team. You will own a product and technology vertical end-to-end, coordinating Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders from kickoff to production rollout.

In this fast-growing role, you will organize teams in Jira, manage the delivery calendar, build dashboards, and drive end-to-end delivery with a strong focus on secure authentication infrastructure and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of technical project management experience.
• Experience in fintech, blockchain, or crypto.
• Mastery of Jira and Atlassian tools.
• Strong SDLC and agile experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Organise teams in JIRA: releases, milestones, sprint planning and ceremonies
• Own the delivery calendar and drive cadence
• Create and maintain dashboards across delivery, release and velocity
• Facilitate end-to-end delivery from scoping to prod roll-out
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
• Surface risks early and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Implement PDLC best practices and drive process improvement
• Assist teams with resourcing
• Develop automated AI reporting for stakeholders
