Job summary

zerohash is seeking an Engineering Manager, Tokenization to lead the development of our asset tokenization and Real World Asset infrastructure. You are a technologist first with a product mindset, capable of guiding complex blockchain systems at scale.

You will manage engineers, collaborate with product, design and operations, drive technical excellence in smart contracts, APIs, and distributed systems, and mentor teams toward impactful tokenization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with robust APIs/SDKs.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead tokenization product development and roadmap execution.
• Guide technical planning for smart contracts and asset lifecycle management.
• Mentor engineers; recruit and develop blockchain specialists.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations on strategy.
• Drive high-throughput, secure backend and distributed systems.
