Qualifications

• 15+ years in private credit, leveraged finance or structured credit.
• Buildout experience: zero to one, new platform or business line.
• Strong commercial instinct with go-to-market strategy and P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of private credit operations: origination to servicing.
• Experience with institutional electronic trading and counterparties (market makers, exchanges, custodians, prime brokers).
• Familiarity with market structure/buildouts in adjacent asset classes; knowledge of LSTA, ClearPar or LXID/CUSIP is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative and able to operate with ambiguity; strong communication and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop transfer and settlement solutions toward automated, near‑real‑time transfer with authoritative digital records for each asset.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle from origination through secondary transfer and servicing; reduce friction at each node.
• Extend custody and collateral mechanics to private assets in traditional and tokenized form for reliability.
• Advance settlement models, including delivery versus payment, to reduce counterparty and operational risk.
• Lead market structure strategy across data standardization, index development, secondary trading infrastructure, and digital transfer/settlement.
• Interface with market participants and counterparties to drive adoption; own the commercial model and P&L.
