Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; experience or training in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.
• Maintain accurate inventory and implement effective stock control measures.
