Job summary

Nationwide Shotcrete, Inc. is seeking a full-time Superintendent based on-site in Austin, TX. You will oversee daily field operations for shotcrete and prepwork, coordinating crews, equipment, and materials to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities include site inspections, issue resolution with project managers, and maintaining documentation. You will conduct toolbox talks, mentor field staff, and support quality control for structural walls and seismic

Qualifications

• On-site field supervision and crew coordination for concrete or shotcrete projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs and structural details.
• Strong scheduling and resource planning to support efficient project execution.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct safety meetings.
• Effective communication with project managers, general contractors, inspectors and unions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate crews, equipment and materials on site.
• Oversee daily field operations to meet safety, time, budget and spec requirements.
• Perform site inspections and resolve issues with project managers and inspectors.
• Lead toolbox talks and mentor field personnel.
• Support quality control for shotcrete and prepwork activities.
