Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Office Leader for the Austin Capability Center to serve as the senior site and functional leader, building and running a high-performing hub supporting Marsh Risk US across service delivery, insurance operations, technology, QA, and transformation.

You will set the cultural tone, own the site P&L and real estate footprint, and partner with global centers to deliver a unified service model while attracting top talent in a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience with global capability centers or shared services.
• Strong executive communication and budgets, real estate, and headcount management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and day-to-day performance of service delivery, insurance operations, technology, QA, continuous improvement, training and project management.
• Align local roadmaps with Marsh Risk US/Canada priorities, ensuring delivery commitments and outcomes.
• Build a continuous improvement culture with KPIs, quality standards and measurable gains.
• Provide site leadership across reporting lines, set priorities, remove blockers and optimize resources.
• Own the annual site operating budget, including real estate and vendor spend.
• Represent the Austin center to executives, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
