Job summary

Marsh Austin is seeking an experienced Office Leader to build and scale a high‑performing hub for Marsh Risk US, overseeing Service Delivery, Insurance Operations, Technology, QA, and program management. You will drive a unified, follow‑the‑sun service model with global partners and own the site P&L and real estate footprint.

You will lead 15+ years of senior leadership experience, foster an inclusive culture, and partner with HR and business leaders on retention, development and engagement.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including site leadership, operations leadership, or GM responsibility for a multi‑functional team of 200+ employees.
• Experience leading or partnering with global capability centers or shared services organizations, ideally in regulated industries such as insurance, brokerage, or financial services.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience managing budgets, real estate, headcount, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and day‑to‑day performance of service delivery, insurance operations, technology, QA, continuous improvement, training, and project management.
• Align local roadmaps with Marsh enterprise and US|Canada priorities to ensure delivery commitments and quality.
• Build a continuous improvement culture with KPIs, quality standards, and measurable productivity gains.
