Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and maintain client relationships to drive growth and retention.
• Administer routine renewal-cycle tasks to meet client needs.
• Monitor status of client deliverables and outstanding items.
• Coordinate timely delivery of policies, endorsements, audits, extensions, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with Client Onboarding to ensure smooth transition for new clients.
• Respond to difficult client questions with support from front office.
