Responsabilités

• Oversees store operations and daily opening/closing routines.
• Leads human resources tasks: recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance management.
• Reviews timesheets and payroll submissions.
• Manages budget and payroll in line with store targets.
• Handles bill payments (rent, utilities, vendors).
• Controls inventory with regular counts and seasonal adjustments.
• Enforces customer service standards and safety measures.
• Monitors loss prevention and audits inventory.
• Oversees store maintenance and organizational standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
