Job summary

Luxury Presence in Austin, TX is hiring an Onsite IT Support Specialist to be the face of IT in the office. This hands-on, in-person role reports to the Director of IT and supports 150+ staff by resolving laptop issues, provisioning new machines, and keeping hardware and AV equipment running smoothly.

You will own the helpdesk queue, troubleshoot hardware and basic network problems, manage workstation provisioning, maintain asset inventory, and assist with office operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a help desk or IT support role, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Open to entry-level candidates with strong interest in technology and helping people.
• Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and basic networking issues; willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the helpdesk queue and walk-up requests for the Austin office; resolve most issues independently.
• Troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and basic network connectivity for end users in the office.
