Brookfield Residential in Austin, TX is seeking a Sales Representative to support the Community Sales Manager at Easton Park, a vibrant master‑planned community. You greet visitors, qualify needs, and guide them through the sales journey to closing.

You will assist with prospecting, marketing, and office administration, manage CRM records, and coordinate signage, model maintenance, and appointments, ensuring accurate buyer information.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of new-home sales experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent listening skills and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Greet and engage visitors to build relationships and assist the Community Sales Manager.
• Provide timely follow-up with visitors and buyers from initial visit through closing.
• Assist with prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business.
• Support the sales office administration: phones, contracts, reservations, signage, model maintenance, and CRM updates.
• Enter and update visitor and buyer information in the CRM daily.
