Job summary

Brookfield Residential in Austin seeks a Sales Representative to support the Community Sales Manager at Easton Park, a vibrant master-planned community. You will greet visitors, understand buyer needs, follow up through closing, and assist with prospecting and marketing.

You'll handle administrative tasks, CRM updates, signage and model upkeep, scheduling, coordinating appointments, and pre-qualifying buyers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
• 1+ year of new-home or related sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel; ability to manage documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage visitors to build relationships and assist the Community Sales Manager.
• Provide timely follow-up from first visit through closing and beyond.
• Assist with prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business.
• Support administrative aspects of the sales office and CRM data entry.
