Job summary

Brookfield Residential is seeking a Sales Representative to support the Easton Park community in Austin. The role involves greeting visitors, building rapport, following up throughout the sales journey, and assisting with prospecting and marketing to generate interest.

You will also manage daily sales office tasks, maintain signage and model presentations, and ensure CRM records are up to date. A high school diploma and relevant sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of new-home sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent listening skills with ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage visitors to understand buyer needs.
• Follow up with visitors from first visit through closing and beyond.
• Assist with prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business.
• Support sales office admin: phones, contracts, signage, CRM data entry.
