Brewco Marketing Group is seeking an Austin, TX-based Indirect Retail Sales Expert. You will engage with legal age nicotine users and retailers to educate, demonstrate, and convert to smoke-free alternatives within select c-store environments.

The role emphasizes in-store demonstrations, stock checks, and data reporting while maintaining high customer service standards and compliance with company policies. Flexible 8-hour shifts on location are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in B2C.
• Professional dress code and poise required.
• Licensed driver with a good driving record.
• Experience across sales and consumer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to stand for up to 6 hours and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute consumer engagement and demonstrations at select c-store/retail locations.
• Conduct daily checks of stock and visibility materials at shifts' start and end.
• Educate store staff and retailers about products and categories.
• Interact with Legal Age Nicotine Users within the store environment.
• Facilitate product demonstrations and guided trials.
• Collect consumer leads and report data to management.
• Support device sales through consultative engagement.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of devices and displays.
• Prepare reports on point-of-sale engagement and stock status.
• Comply with local regulations and company processes.
• Complete training, testing, and evaluation events.
