Brewco Marketing Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador for LAMPs, Plug-Ins, and Events on a part-time basis in Austin, TX. The role focuses on representing a smoke-free brand in breweries, bars, nightlife venues, and local events, delivering product education and driving consumer conversion.

The ambassador will work Fridays and Saturdays with evening hours, supporting training and program updates while ensuring compliance with guidelines for marketing to legally aged consumers.

Qualifications

• Brand ambassadors should demonstrate product demos and recommend options meeting customer needs.
• Deliver high-touch retail service, greet customers, uncover needs, educate and support conversion decisions.
• Execute retail operations including transactions, stocking, and handling payments.

Responsabilités

• Brand knowledge with product demos and recommendations.
• Deliver high-touch service and convert customers to the smoke-free option.
• Process transactions, stock inventory, and protect customer payment information.
• Build strong customer relationships in retail or hospitality settings.
• Stay informed on product knowledge, promotions, and visual standards.
• Submit end-of-shift reports and participate in paid training.
