2020 Companies is seeking full-time Field Marketing Representatives to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the Odessa, TX territory. You will engage adults through one-on-one conversations, distribute offers, gather feedback, and document results, traveling as needed.

This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless reporting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Maintain all program materials, displays, and activation assets in a professional manner.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
