Job summary

Qualifications

  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam or CISA licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting audit teams in conducting financial assessments and evaluations.
  • Participating in applying auditing methodologies to enhance transparency and compliance.
  • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial reports to support decision-making.
  • Engaging in research activities to gather data and insights for audit processes.
  • Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to industry practices.
  • Contributing to the development of cloud engineering solutions for audit processes.
  • Applying compliance auditing techniques to verify adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and address potential risks in financial reporting.
  • Utilizing AI platforms to streamline audit procedures and improve efficiency.

You will perform basic tasks and conduct research while observing professional work environments, contributing to the team's success. Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a team that provides independent assessments, helping clients enhance their financial reporting and decision-making processes. As an Intern, you will adopt a learning mindset and take ownership of your development, appreciating diverse perspectives and actively listening to understand and express ideas clearly. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business works and building commercial awareness. In this role, you will have the chance to work on a variety of assignments, each presenting unique challenges and scope. What You Must Have
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
