Qualifications

• Minimum of four to six years of experience as a litigator.
• Texas licensure preferred.
• Strong academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large construction and design dispute docket across public or private projects.
• Craft litigation strategy and supervise execution of legal plans.
• Communicate with clients and prepare litigation budgets; delegate tasks to associates and paralegals.
