Responsibilities include managing complex multiparty lawsuits, calendaring deadlines, drafting pleadings and discovery, e-filing, preparing deposition support, and maintaining case files. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is possible. Competitive benefits offered.

The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, proactive, and process-driven, can take initiative and direction in a team-oriented environment, and is comfortable working at a fast-paced, busy law firm. Working in close partnership with our attorneys, paralegals, and professional staff, the Litigation Paralegal will have the following key responsibilities:
