Qualifications

• 2–4 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in Construction Law and/or Business Litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in deposition and trial/arbitration examinations with possible significant travel.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery and briefs.
• Work with and manage high-level technical experts on complex construction projects.
• Represent clients in state and Federal courts with potential multi-week trials/arbitrations.
• Conduct robust legal research and analysis.
