UCT in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled CNC Technician IV to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. This role covers setup, operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of CNC milling and turning equipment to produce precision components for our systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in CNC machining, strong blueprint-reading and GD&T skills, and experience with Haas, Fanuc, or Siemens controls, tooling selection, and in-process inspection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience in high-precision manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Experience with Haas, Fanuc or Siemens CNC control systems.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC mills, routers, lathes and related equipment.
• Interpret drawings, maintain tolerances, and perform inspections.
• Troubleshoot tooling and machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Train junior technicians and support continuous improvement.
