Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Site Operations Coordinator for our Austin campus. You will ensure the campus runs on schedule, maintain safety and order, and remove obstacles so Guides can mentor with focus.

You will own facilities flow, front-line IT support, and community communications to create an environment where ambition is normal. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in busy, service-heavy operations, calm under pressure, and solid IT/Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
• 2+ years running multi-part operations in education, events, hospitality, or another high-service environment.
• Calm under pressure; proactive problem-solver who can juggle priorities without losing accuracy.
• Comfortable with basic IT support and Google Workspace administration.
• Clear, respectful written and verbal communication that earns confidence.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; available to work on-site in Austin, TX (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Run the daily schedule with precision to ensure learning blocks start on time.
• Handle first-line tech needs and coordinate escalations with IT.
• Maintain a safe, orderly campus: drills, incident tracking, vendor oversight, facilities readiness.
• Communicate clearly with students, families, and staff; close loops fast.
• Support campus milestones—events, onboarding, supply and space management.
