Responsibilities

Learn and adopt new manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Collab with engineering to develop process parameters, tooling, and methods.
Train technicians/operators in assembly techniques, inspection methods, and required documentation.
Optimize processes to meet build time, cost, and yield targets.
Generate clear work instructions, test methods, and documentation standards.
Support DOE studies to characterize processes by data collection and analysis.
Communicate issues to engineering for continuous improvement.
Design and modify simple fixtures and tooling using SolidWorks.
Create and maintain basic engineering drawings for fixtures and manufacturing aids.
Assist engineers with prototype builds and root-cause investigations.
