Job summary

The Texas Freedom Network in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Development Director to lead TFN’s $5 million fundraising program across the 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities, translating strategy into donor pipelines and revenue growth.

The role supervises a team, builds fundraising systems, partners with the President and Executive Team, and drives cross-functional collaboration with Programs, Communications, and Finance.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years in nonprofit development or fundraising.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance.
• Experience with donor pipelines, CRM systems, and fundraising operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead TFN’s multi-channel fundraising program across 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategy and revenue plans.
• Build systems for donor pipelines, CRM, forecasting, and reporting.
• Supervise development staff across institutional giving, individual giving, events, and digital engagement.
• Collaborate with Programs, Communications, and Finance to align fundraising with programs and campaigns.
