The successful candidate will install wiring, sensors, and CAN systems, verify electrical and mechanical integration, and help expand the deployment to 200+ vehicle platforms over the next four years. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–8 years in robotics, automotive, or heavy machinery.
• Hands‑on hardware integration experience preferred.
• ECU or embedded programming experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adapt our standard platform hardware (power distribution, harnesses, sensors, compute, controllers) to fit each machine model.
• Build and install wiring harnesses, connectors, mounting brackets, sensors, and actuators on vehicles, then perform continuity, voltage, power, and CAN/J1939 checks.
• Visit customer sites to scope retrofit needs and lead installation, commissioning, debugging, and acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot integration issues across electrical, mechanical, and software layers and communicate change requests to platform engineering teams.
• Record build issues and lessons learned to improve Vehicle Adapter Kits for repeatability.
