Job summary

Pilates Addiction in San Francisco seeks an Educator to deliver biomechanically informed Pilates classes on the Aurum. You will cue clearly, adapt for all levels, and foster an inclusive, supportive studio community.

You’ll participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team learning while upholding safety, brand standards, and class excellence. A CPR certification is required before teaching, with automatic enrollment in the Educator Training Program.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates fundamentals.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive, integrate, and apply coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group classes on the Aurum in accordance with training, safety, and programming standards.
• Use clear, effective, and motivational cueing rooted in functional anatomy and movement mechanics.
• Integrate appropriate modifications and progressions for varied fitness levels, physical needs, and client goals.
• Create an inclusive environment that supports client success, confidence, and retention.
• Maintain active progress in training programs and continuing education.
• Attend scheduled trainings, workshops, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to maintain alignment with standards.
• Attend at least one class per month led by another Educator at no charge to support team cohesion.
