Pilates Addiction Bridgewater in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a passionate Pilates Instructor/Educator to join our studio community. You will lead safe, biomechanically informed classes on the Aurum and inspire clients of all levels to move with confidence and health.

The role emphasizes clear cueing, programming, and community connection, with opportunities for training, development, and growth within our boutique fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Pilates or movement-based classes.
• Completed or currently enrolled in Educator Training Program.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a scheduled studio roster.
• Physical ability to perform class duties (standing, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group classes on the Aurum.
• Use clear cueing rooted in anatomy and movement mechanics.
• Maintain inclusive environment to support client success.
• Complete ongoing training and attend workshops.
• Participate in coaching and feedback with leadership.
• Ensure studio readiness and equipment upkeep.
• Uphold brand, safety, and cleanliness standards.
