Qualifications

• Successful completion of (or current enrollment in) the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates fundamentals.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive, integrate, and apply coaching and feedback.
• Passion for helping clients progress through movement.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule, with notice provided per studio policy for permanent changes.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group classes on the Aurum in accordance with Pilates Addiction’s training, safety, and programming standards.
• Use clear, effective, and motivational cueing rooted in functional anatomy and movement mechanics.
• Integrate appropriate modifications and progressions for varied fitness levels and client goals.
• Create an inclusive environment that supports client success, confidence, and retention.
• Maintain active progress in required training programs and continuing education.
• Attend scheduled trainings, workshops, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to maintain alignment with brand standards.
• Attend at least one class per month led by another Educator at no charge to support team cohesion.
