You will maintain movement literacy, participate in ongoing trainings, work with leadership, and ensure class readiness, equipment checks, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Use clear, effective, and motivational cueing rooted in functional anatomy and movement mechanics.
• Integrate appropriate modifications and progressions for varied fitness levels, physical needs, and client goals.
• Create an inclusive environment that supports client success, confidence, and retention.
• Maintain active progress in Pilates Addiction’s required training programs and continuing education.
• Attend scheduled trainings, workshops, and team meetings.
