Job summary

Pilates Addiction White Rock is seeking an Educator to deliver biomechanically informed classes on the Aurum and uphold the studio’s high standards. You will cue clearly, adapt for varied abilities, and foster a welcoming, movement-focused community.

Responsibilities include ongoing training, attending workshops, and contributing to a positive team culture, with some sessions potentially compensated. This role is part-time and on-site at the White Rock studio in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of (or current enrollment in) the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and Pilates fundamentals.
• Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to receive, integrate, and apply coaching and feedback.
• Passion for helping clients progress through movement.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule with notice for changes.
• Ability to perform standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group classes on the Aurum with clear cueing.
• Incorporate modifications and progressions for varied levels and goals.
• Create an inclusive environment supporting client success and retention.
• Maintain active training and attend scheduled trainings and meetings.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, evaluation, and feedback with leadership.
• Support a positive, community-focused studio culture.
• Attend at least one class per month led by another Educator at no charge.
• Ensure studio readiness: equipment checks, spacing, Aurum setup.
• Assist with light operational tasks and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
