Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and facility usage of the Helen Houle Auditorium.
• Assist with Fall Play and Spring Musical planning and logistics.
• Collaborate with Directors to recruit and coordinate production teams (Stage Manager, Designers/Technicians, etc.).
• Provide general support to team members in production and technical theater.
• Coordinate maintenance of auditorium equipment, lighting, audio systems, and inventory.
• Support school events and performances that reflect excellence and artistry.
• Communicate with parents and maintain positive relationships within the school community.
• Facilitate external use of auditorium facilities.
