Job Summary

(Must have LPN or RN License) Establish a specifically designed compliance program that effectively prevents and/or detects violations of applicable laws and regulations, protecting the Business from liability of fraudulent or abusive practices. Ensure the Business understands and complies with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the Healthcare environment. Oversee, follow-up, and resolve investigations to ensure compliance.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Perform ongoing compliance audits using necessary state evaluation tools related to audit/monitoring activities.
  • Identify and define audit scope and criteria, review and analyze evidence, document audit findings, and recommend improvements and corrections.
  • Provide comprehensive advice to departments regarding compliance risks related to Federal and State regulations and contract provisions.
  • Contribute significantly during annual risk assessments and audit planning processes.
  • Assist with monitoring activities to ensure effective execution of corrective actions imposed by regulatory agencies for contract deficiencies.
Job Qualifications
Required Education

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience

1-3 years.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related area.

Preferred Experience

3-5 years.
