Job Summary

(Must have LPN or RN License)

Establish a compliance program designed to prevent and detect violations of laws and regulations, safeguarding the Business from liability related to fraudulent or abusive practices. Ensure the Business understands and complies with healthcare laws and regulations. Oversee investigations and follow-up to ensure accountability and resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Perform ongoing compliance audits using state evaluation tools related to audits and monitoring.
• Define audit scope and criteria, review evidence, document findings, and recommend improvements.
• Advise departments on compliance risks concerning federal and state regulations and contracts.
• Contribute to annual risk assessments and audit planning.
• Assist in monitoring corrective actions mandated by regulatory agencies for contract issues.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Required Experience

1-3 years.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.

Preferred Experience

3-5 years.
