Job Responsibilities:

• Create, implement, and maintain education and audit plans to ensure correct coding, billing compliance, and complete charge capture within assigned medical specialties.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in Physician (Professional) Evaluation and Management (E&M), office/clinic-based procedures, coding, auditing, and/or provider education.
• Certifications such as CPC, CCS, CCS-P, or RHIT are required. Knowledge of CCI edits, healthcare insurance guidelines, and regulatory guidance is essential.
• Ability to develop, deliver, and assess provider coding education plans.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably Epic.
• Strong reading, writing, oral communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Normal office environment with no significant exposure to blood or high-risk bodily fluids.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
