Independence Home Health is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Auditor Assistant to join our team. This position supports the review of clinical documentation, maintenance of accurate records, and administrative processes that help ensure compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate is thorough, self-motivated, comfortable working with confidential information, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three (3) years of experience working in a healthcare setting.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must hold an applicable healthcare credential, such as Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nursing Assistant, or be willing to obtain the required certification, as applicable to the position.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time and resources efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude when responding to changing priorities, delays, and unexpected situations.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and documentation standards in a regulated healthcare environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to representing the agency positively.
